Privacy Protection:
The Supplier protects the privacy of its customers and ensures that data processing complies with the privacy regulations provided by Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, No. 196.
Data Collection and Processing:
Personal and fiscal data, acquired directly and/or through third parties by Vincenzo Rubino, the data controller, are collected and processed in paper, electronic, and telematic formats for the purpose of recording orders and activating the procedures necessary for the execution of this contract and related communications, as well as fulfilling any legal obligations and effectively managing commercial relationships as necessary to provide the best possible service (Art. 24, paragraph 1, letter b, Legislative Decree 196/2003).
Confidentiality Commitment:
The Supplier commits to handling the data and information transmitted by the consumer Buyer with confidentiality and not to disclose them to unauthorized persons or use them for purposes other than those for which they were collected or transmit them to third parties. Such data may be shown only upon request of the judicial authorities or other authorities authorized by law.
Disclosure of Data:
Personal data will be disclosed, upon signing a confidentiality commitment, only to parties tasked with performing the necessary activities for the execution of the stipulated contract and communicated exclusively within that scope.
Consumer Rights:
The consumer Buyer enjoys the rights provided by Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, including the right to:
a) Update, rectify, or, when interested, integrate the data;
b) Delete, anonymize, or block data processed unlawfully, including data that does not need to be retained for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
c) Obtain certification that the operations mentioned in letters a) and b) have been brought to the knowledge, also concerning their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except where this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the protected right.
The data subject also has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
i) For legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
ii) The processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for market research or commercial communication.
Necessary Data Provision:
The communication of personal data by the consumer Buyer is a necessary condition for the correct and timely execution of this contract. Without it, the consumer Buyer’s request cannot be processed.
Data Retention:
In any case, the acquired data will be retained for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed. Their removal will be done securely.
Data Controller:
The data controller is the Supplier, to whom the consumer Buyer can address any request at the company headquarters.
Non-Confidential Communications:
Any communication received at the Center’s address (including email) (requests, suggestions, ideas, information, materials, etc.) will not be considered confidential information or data, must not violate others’ rights, must contain valid information, not harmful to others’ rights, and truthful. In any case, the Center cannot be held responsible for the content of the messages.
